This project involves the creation of a quadrarama, which is three trioramas back-to-back, based on your author of choice. The four trioramas will consist of the following choices:
  1. One to two trioramas about some aspect of the author's biographical history (where they were born, where they received their training as a writer, the author's family, etc.)
  2. One triorama communicating all of the books this author has written
  3. Up to three trioramas which each describe a different book that author has written (you must have read the books to do a triorama about them)

STEPS TO FOLLOW IN COMPLETING THIS PROJECT:
  1. Print off the contract and checklist for this project. Fill in and sign the contract and hand it in to your teacher. Keep the checklist in you language arts duotang or another place where you will not lose it and can access it every day of the project.
  2. Follow the remaining steps on your checklist.

CRITERIA FOR MARKING:
  • Content - does your quadrarama show interesting information about the author in a meaningful way? Do you have a small written summary on each triorama?
  • Organization - is each triorama carefully planned with a variety of media, backgrounds, and objects in the foreground?
  • Artistic Quality - do your scenes look realistic, and have you included good detail in each of your scenes?
